Tuesday
The day starts frosty for the west with a few fog patches. Soon a dry and bright day will follow with good sunny spells. A few more cloud is expected along coastal areas with some showers possible. Showers across Aberdeenshire may turn wintry even down to low levels, but generally light. Winds will remain light for most, but fresh in east, with maximum temperatures at 5C in north but up to 7C in south.


Tuesday Night
A few showers in east, but otherwise long clear spells in the evening, allowing temperatures to drop below freezing, with widespread frost developing. Possible fog patches developing across England and Northern Ireland. Minimums of -2C to plus 1C.

 
 
 


Wednesday
England, Wales and Northern Ireland will see a mostly dry day with some cloud at times, and only a few showers along coastal areas. A rather cloud start to the day across Scotland but outbreaks of rain or sleet are possible through the day across Moray and Aberdeenshire, though light. Some showers will reach northeast England later in the day, with some wintriness over higher ground possible. Light winds, but fresh over Scotland. Temperatures will reach mid single figures, at around 4C in the afternoon, with a cold feel.


Thursday
It will a generally a cold day, as the strengthening east-northeasterly wind will bring a few wintry showers in places across the north and east. Fresh to strong east-northeast wind will bring a cold feeling for most, with maximum temperatures at low single figures, not exceeding 3C nationwide.
