Thundery showers in central Europe, fair north and south with a hot Mediterranean
Monday Lots of sunshine across Portugal and Spain on Monday. The Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia will have plenty of sunshine and be dry too. Italy will be dry with sunshine too. Greece and Turkey will be dry and sunny throughout. Cloud and some thundery showers in northern France. Central and southern France will be very hot and sunny. Breezy with sunny spells across the Low Countries and Germany. A few showers in Poland. Hungary and Austria will be fine with lots of sunshine and hot weather. Switzerland having a few afternoon thunderstorms. Denmark is going to be thundery in the south, fair in the north. The Baltic States will have a few showers whilst heavier showers in Finland. Sweden dry and sunny throughout. Plenty of sunshine in Norway, cloud and some showers in the far north.
Tuesday Fine and hot again over most of Iberia today, although there will be some afternoon thunderstorms developing in north-east and northern Spain. Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza will all be dry, hot and sunny as will be Corsica and Sardinia. Dry and hot across Italy, although some showers in the far north. Greece and Turkey remain hot and dry. Scattered showers, develop across central France today, although the north and south will be hot and dry. The low countries will be dry with sunny spells and northern Germany should be dry as will be northern Poland. Heavy, thundery showers, developing in southern Poland, southern Germany, and through Austria and Switzerland. Denmark will have a fine day with lots of sunshine. Broken clouds and some scattered showers through the Baltic states. Finland should be dry with good spells of sunshine here, and it should stay fine and sunny across Sweden too. Mostly dry with broken cloud for Norway, although some rain in the far north.
