Tuesday A frost first thing to central and eastern areas on Tuesday along with a dry and bright start, before cloud and rain in the west moves east. Expect snow at first over the hills in the north, though mostly rain elsewhere as milder temperatures moves in. Winds will also strengthen. Highs rising to 7 to 12C.
