Sunday 14/07/2024 Scotland will see generally cloudy skies on Sunday with some patchy rain in northeast. Further south a dry and bright morning but expect showers to develop in the afternoon, some of them over Ireland and Wales to be on the heavy side. A longer spell of rain is possible over Southern Ireland later in the evening. Best of the conditions over southeast England. Tops of 15C in north, but 21C in south.
Monday 15/07/2024 A developing area of low pressure will push bands of heavy showers from the southwest, first over Ireland abut soon over England and Wales, and through the afternoon over Scotland. Showers will possibly but thundery with hail in places. Drier conditions following on the back from the south with some late sunshine. Maximum temperatures at 15-17C over most parts.
Tuesday 16/07/2024 A westerly breeze will develop over the Isles bringing showers off the Atlantic, these more frequent and possibly heavy over the west, and elsewhere in the afternoon. Drier brighter towards the east coast. Tops of 15C in north, and 21C in south.
Wednesday 17/07/2024 West will be rather cloudy with showers and strengthening winds. Drier brighter further east with plenty of sunny spells, but occasional showers in the afternoon too. Maximum temperatures at 17C in north, but 22C in south.
Thursday 18/07/2024 An area of low pressure to the northwest of the British Isles will give some heavy rain and strong winds over the west-northwest. Drier brighter further east. Tops of 17C in north, but 24C in south.
Friday 19/07/2024 Another day with mostly cloudy skies in west, along with strong winds and outbreaks of rain. Further east drier with the best of the brightness over the Southeast. Maximum temperatures at 18C in north, and 24C in south.
