Mixed with rain and showers and a few drier days
Mixed weather for the coming days as low pressure areas drift through the country. These bring cloud and periods of rain and showers at times. Brief drier days and feeling warm in any sunshine too, but chillier in cloud and rain.

Sunday 7/7/24 Low pressure remains on Sunday. A mix of sunshine and showers, most in northern and western areas at first. These then spreading east as the day progresses, some heavy and thundery. Probably turning less showery in Ireland and western areas of the UK during the afternoon. Highs at 11C in northwest Scotland. 19C in the southeast.
Monday 8/7/24 Low pressure moving closer to southwest England on Monday. Rain arrives in southern Ireland, Wales and southwest England in the afternoon and evening. Showers for southern Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as Scotland. Drier and brighter for much of the rest of England, wales and eastern Scotland. Tops near 15 to 22C after a chilly night.
Tuesday 9/7/24 A slack area of low pressure drifts over the south of the country on Tuesday. This brings areas of showers and rain to many areas. Least showers and brightest of the conditions in western Ireland and wester Scotland. Highs at 16 to 19C overall.
Wednesday 10/7/24 Pressure stays low on Wednesday. Further showers for most and a fair amount of cloud. Tending to be brighter in the north and east. Highs at 17C in northern Scotland. 23C in southern England.
Thursday 11/7/24 Low pressure again over the UK and Ireland on Thursday. Further periods of rain or showers passing east. Perhaps drier in the far north of Scotland and southern Ireland. Highs at 24C in south in any sunshine, 16C in wetter areas.
Friday 12/6/24 A ridge of high pressure builds on Friday in the west bringing drier weather here. Some showers in the east and south. Highs near 16 to 20C.
