Unsettled yet milder for now. Colder later next week.

Rain, showers and some developing sunny spells remain the weather pattern for the foreseeable. Later next week there is the potential for some very windy and wet weather to move in before a colder flow pulls back temperatures thereafter.

Monday 30/10/23
A colder start in the north on Monday. A dry day for most across Scotland into northern England with the best of the sunny spells, though north east Scotland still at risk of some rain pulling in on an easterly wind flow. Elsewhere, will see sunny spells and showers, heavy at times. Highs of 9 to 14C.
 

Tuesday 31/10/23
Low pressure graudally pulls east on Tuesday. Many regions across England and Wales will improve with showers easing and sunny spells developing. North and eats Scotland though will still be affected by spells of rain on a persistent easterly wind flow. Cloud and rain moving in to the far southwest by evening. Tops of 9 to 14C.

Wednesday 01/11/23
Wednesday is an unsettled day with outbreaks of rain tracking eastwards across the country along with strengthened winds. The rain will fall heavy and persistent for a time before clearing from the west with a relative cooler feel moving in as well as sunny spells and showers developing. Staying cloudy and wet across northern Scotland. Highs at 8 to 14C.

Thursday 02/11/23
Thursday sees an area of low pressure move over the country. Gale force winds are expected with outbreaks of rain affecting all areas before soon clearing to the east, though more rain will move in across the north and west. A cooler day for all with highs at 7 to 12C.

Friday 03/11/23
Friday is still mixed to unsettled. Winds staying strong in the north and west though eased back compared with yesterday. Showery rain in places further north and west, otherwise a largely dry and bright day with plenty of sunny spells. Highs at 8 to 13C.

Saturday 04/11/23
Much uncertainty in the weather pattern come Saturday, though it is likely for a mixed to changeable weather flow to remain in situ with showers and sunny spells, rain likely in the north. Highs at 8 to 12C.
