Morning Call - October 30, 2023
Showers west and south
Sunnier for Scotland

Cloudy skies northern England, brighter for Midlands

Good morning,

It's a relatively quiet start to the new week, but the remnants of previous weather systems will bring some patchy rain or showers. There's more lively weather ahead as the week goes on so stay up to date with forecasts.

Today, the greatest risk of showers will be focused toward west and southwest Wales, whilst a few scattered showers are also likely along the south coast of England. Ireland also sees heavy bursts of rain moving around slowly, focused in the east.
Patchy rain and drizzle over northern England, staying rather cloudy and dull much of the day here. Some brighter spells for the Midlands and central-southern England, but watch for one or two local showers forming.

A much better day overall for Scotland, with good amounts of crisp autumn sunshine, feeling rather cool with a northeasterly breeze. An odd shower in the far north and east of Scotland.

Today's top temperatures ranging from 10C in Scotland, to 15C in southern England.

Have a great day.
Garry
