Cloud in eastern areas of Scotland and England this morning, a few spots of rain for eastern Scotland. A brighter morning for much of central, southern and western England and Wales as well ,as western Scotland. Cloudier in Ireland, some rain in the north and west. There could briefly be some rain in western Scotland late morning and early afternoon, but then dry with sunny spells for other areas. A few showers in western Ireland but brighter in the east. After being breezy in western Scotland and western Ireland in the morning, the winds should ease. Highs at 8 to 10C.

Tuesday Night
Skies are mostly clear overnight leading to some mist and fog patches and a frost by morning. Cloudier in the far east of England and Scotland, perhaps with an odd spot of drizzle. Cloudier Ireland, some drizzle in the far south and a moderate breeze here. Lows near -2 to 0C for most, 3C in the east and 7C in Ireland.
 

Wednesday
Some cloud in eastern areas of England and Scotland on Wednesday morning. A chilly start for others with some mist and fog patches slowly clearing. Then fair with god spells of sunshine. More cloud in Ireland, some drizzle in the far south and a risk of drizzle in the far southwest of England too. More persistent rain affecting western Ireland. This afternoon sees brighter weather with sunny spells for most. Cloudier sies in western Wales and western England and Ireland, drizzle and rain for Ireland as well with further drizzle in southwest England. Tops at 7 to 12C.

Thursday
Broken cloud and sunny spells on Thursday as the flow turns more southeasterly. There may be some cloud in eastern areas but this breaks. Further cloud in Ireland and southwest England, but again this will be broken. It is likely to be staying similar into the afternoon with dry conditions and sunny spells. Temperatures reaching 8 to 11C.
