It will be a mostly cloudy day with some brightness across eastern Scotland and eastern/southern England. Further west there is a chance for some patchy drizzle mostly over western coasts of Ireland and Scotland. Later in the day a band of light rain will push across Ireland and western Scotland and then overnight into Saturday over Northwest England and north Wales. Breezy with afternoon temperatures at 10C in north but locally 13C in south.

A cloudy evening and night for most, maybe some clear spells towards eastern counties of England. Outbreaks of rain or drizzle mostly over western exposure. Minimum temperatures at 7C in north and 9C in south.
