Friday 09/08/2024 Cool and windy for most, sunshine and blustery showers Derry and Antrim, western Isles and Highland to start later sunshine and showers moving across to Shetland, Aberdenshire to Border, fringing into Northumberland through the afternoon 13 to 15C. Rather cloudy with some sunshire for most of England and Wales, likely scattered coastal showers Devon and Cornwall to Dyfed, cloud more broken Yorkshire to Camridgeshire southwards to Kent 22 to 24 here, elsewhere 20C
Saturday 10/08/2024 Staying cool with sunshine and blustery showers for Scotland, showers most frequent for western Isles to Sheltland, Highland to Tayside. Mainly dry Stirling to Borders though windy 11C with showers 17C towards Borders. Derry and Anrtim generally cloudy with some sunshine though windy near coasts, 17C England and Wales gnerally dry though rather cloudy at times, sunshine for Yorkshire to Humberside, Hampshire to Kent temperatures up to warm 24C, though where cloud tends ot persist 16 Shropshire 20C generally.
Sunday 11/08/2024 Cloudy with rain becoming heavy and prolonged for much of the day across Wales, Southwest, Midlands through to northeast and eastern England cool and often breezy moreso along and near coasts with a fresh SW wind. Warm and humid Oxfordshire to Norfolk southwards to Kent.
Monday 12/08/2024 Cloudy with prolonged and often heavy rain for N.Ireland and all of Scotland with a fresh NE wind, rain will ease later from westrn locations though further heavy and prolonged rain for Northern Isles to Borders to Yorkshire through the evening. Midlands to Hampshire sunshine and scattered showers with thunderstorms likely into the evening 24 to 26C
Tuesday 13/08/2024 Prolonged and often heavy spells of rain clearing northeast Scotland through the morning, further periods of rain into Wales and southwest England at first spreading north and eastwards through the day to give a cloudy evening with outhbreaks of rain for most.
