Issued: 0900hrs Sunday 25th August 2024
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Drier weather developing

Some frontal systems will drift in from the west early in the week bringing rain at times to western Britain and Ireland. These systems will tend to weaken with very little rain reaching east and southeastern areas. High pressure building from the south is likely to bring a better spell of weather to start September.
