Dry, sunny spells and broken cloud, get set for a frost tonight
Some cloud may be affecting East Anglia and southern England and Wales this morning. The cloud should break, some sunny spells developing. A scattering of showers across southern England through this afternoon, one or two may affect the far south of Wales too.
Skies in Scotland and much of western England and Wales as well as Ireland will become brighter with sunny spells. This sunshine remains into the afternoon, the best of it again in western Scotland and northwest England.
Tonight sees the skies becoming clearer and as winds fall light temperatures will be falling quickly. There is a risk of a ground frost in places.
