Wednesday
A very warm start to the day with plenty of sunshine after morning mist and fog patches clear central and eastern England. More cloud in Ireland and parts of southwest England with a few spots of rain in southern Ireland. This afternoon sees broken cloud for Wales and England but bright or sunny spells too. best of the sunshine in East Anglia and southeast England with more sunny spells for Ireland and Scotland. Highs at 32C in eastern England, 24C in Ireland and Scotland.


Wednesday Night
A few thundery showers drifting through southwest England and into Wales tonight, tending to fade later. More cloud in much of the rest of the country although clearer skies in central and southern areas. Lows at 9 to 12C.

 
 
 


Thursday
High pressure remains on Thursday. There will be cloud through western and northern areas although this is broken and allows for bright or sunny spells. Best sunshine in central, eastern and southern areas of England and another hot day is likely here too. Some coastal fog may affect coasts of southwest England and the far south of England. Tops of 32C in central and eastern England, 25C in Ireland and Scotland.


Friday
High pressure remains on Friday bringing plenty of dry weather. There will be good spells of sunshine and it is going to be hot again. A low risk of a few showers in the far southwest of England as well as central parts of Ireland. Highs at 32C in eastern England, 25C in Ireland and eastern Scotland with 17C in northwest Scotland.
