Sunnier and warmer for Scotland & Northern Ireland
There are some areas of rain around as we start the new week, locally heavy and persistent for eastern England. Brisk winds around the North Sea coasts.
Patchy rain and some showers for Wales and central England, breaking up a little through the afternoon to give some brighter skies.
A risk of heavy rain moving into Cornwall and Devon later in the day.
Odd showers for Scotland and Ireland, but much of the day will be dry with good amounts of sunshine and fairly light winds.
Today's top temperatures reaching 14 to 19C, feeling quite cool in the wind and if rain lingers, but pleasant where sunshine develops.
Have a great day.
