More persistent snow may affect western Scotland while southern coastal parts of England could see heavy rain and strong winds for a time. Feeling cold in the wind with highs at just 2 to 7°C.
Further snow showers overnight over northern and western Scotland as well as the hills of northwest England. Rain arriving in the northwest later. Continuing chilly with highs at 4 to 8°C.
