Alexi: Snow then sleet and rain is pushing southwards across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland this morning and will move into northern England late morning and into the afternoon. Elsewhere, showers will continue down western coasts, wintry in places. Drier elsewhere.

A cold night for most to come. Clear spells across much of England and Wales but where the cloud, rain and sleet remains to the north of England temperatures wont get as cold here. Rain will eventually clear to the southeast of Ireland and wintry showers continue for northern Scotland.
