Good morning,

It will be a mostly bright morning for Scotland away from the west coast where some light rain or drizzle is expected. Overcast for Ireland, England and Wales with a few spots of light rain possible in the far south.

Showers and rain should ease through the afternoon though northwestern parts of Scotland could see some further heavy bursts. It will remain rather overcast for most with the best of the brightness in eastern parts of Scotland. High temperatures will widely reach 7 to 11C, 12 or 13C is possible in more sheltered parts of the Midlands.

Showers will continue for northwestern Scotland through the evening but it will remain dry elsewhere. Staying overcast for much of the country.

Have a good day!
