A bright morning for all areas with scattered showers, more frequent over east Ireland as well as northwest England. Showers possibly turning heavy in the afternoon mostly over Wales, east Scotland and northeast England. Best of the conditions over southeast England. Tops of 18-20C in north, but 20-22C in south.

Saturday Night
All showers will gradually die away in the evening with dry conditions prevailing everywhere with clear skies. Minimum temperature at 10-12C over most areas.

Sunday
A ridge of high pressure will give a mostly dry and bright day over England and Wales with the best of the sunshine over southeast. Cloudier over Ireland and western Scotland with freshening winds and some patchy light drizzle. Temperatures will rise up to 18-20C over most parts, but up to 22-24C over England.

Monday
The far west will remain cloudy with outbreaks of rain. Elsewhere a mostly dry and bright day with plenty of sunny spells, the best of these over the southeast. Tops of 19-20C in north, but 22-24C over the south, and locally 26-27C in southeast.
