The remnants of a front will pass south down the country on Monday. This will bring more cloud cover with the odd spot of rain not completely ruled out, however, most places staying dry with sunny spells about. There will be the risk of scattered showers developing across parts of southern England and south Ireland later on in the day. Highs at 19C to 29C.
Pressure remains generally high on Tuesday, although cloud cover could develop more widely again but there will also be sunny spells and stay largely dry for most. There is the risk though of a one or two scattered showers developing across some western areas. Highs at 19 to 29C.
High pressure remains across the country still on Wednesday, although beginning to be weakened by lower pressure pushing towards southwest Ireland. Plenty of dry and fine conditions about with the best of the lasting sunshine towards the north and east. Cloud cover does look to thicken from the southwest through the day and one or two showers may develop across northwest Wales and northern parts of Ireland later on. Highs at 19 to 28C.
Cloudy skies and some patchy rain across Ireland, Wales, and southwest England on Thursday. Brighter spells elsewhere with largely dry conditions but a few developing showers may pop up across Scotland later on. Highs at a muggy 19 to 26C.
Outbreaks of rain across much of southern and western regions of the British Isles as low pressure moves in. Best of any drier and brighter conditions in the northeast. Highs at a muggy 18 to 26C.
Low pressure looks to continue to dominate the weather on Saturday. There will be some rain about, possible heavy in places for a time, but also expect some sunny spells. Highs at 17 to 26C.
