Sunday 04/09/16
Low pressure clears away eastwards into the North Sea and pressure builds from the west. Early rain or showers, mostly central & eastern areas, may locally persist into the afternoon around East Anglia, but rain should soon fade from most places. Sunshine breaking through. A fresh north-westerly breeze, will ease from the west. Top temperatures 17 to 22C.

Monday 05/09/16
High pressure across south-eastern Britain brings mainly dry conditions to central, south & eastern England. Fronts draped across western Britain & Ireland bring largely cloudy skies and outbreaks of rain or drizzle. Murky in the south-west. Breezy in the west & north-west. Light winds and sea breezes south. Highs 18 to 23C, warmest south-east.

Tuesday 06/09/16
High pressure centred to the east produces a warm southerly pattern across the British Isles. Dry with plenty of sunshine for many. Early mist patches will clear from central areas, but murky conditions may linger in the west & south-west. Risk areas of drizzly rain west. Increasingly warm and humid, 22 to 26C inland, fresher near the coast.

Wednesday 07/09/16
A very warm day for much of the country, and feeling quite humid. Dry overall. Chance of patchy rain in the far north-west. Fog patches possible around coasts in the south. Temperatures 22 to 25C, perhaps reaching 27C in central-eastern areas.

Thursday 08/09/16
Most likely remaining dry and very warm. Plenty of sunshine. Risk coastal fog patches. Feeling humid, highs 22 to 27C.

Friday 09/09/16
Staying very warm and humid with sunshine. Risk of thunderstorms developing around Biscay, may extend north to affect the south & south-west. Highs 21 to 27C.
