Turning cooler next week.
Mild conditions move out and cooler air moves in. Higher pressure largely dominant through the week creating mostly settled conditions. Later in the week in particular do expect some wintry showers, more so down coasts and in the north.

Monday 22/11/21 High pressure remains over Ireland on Monday keeping conditions settled, though a weak front will bring some drizzle and cloud into northern Scotland. Brighter skies through southern Scotland, England and Wales as well as southern Ireland with a frosty start for some of these areas. The far south and southeast of England may be breezier with the risk of some patchy rain. Another chilly day with tops at 6 to 9C.
Tuesday 23/11/21 High pressure over the British Isles again through Tuesday. This brings a touch of frost and some mist or fog patches, although these clearing through the day. Mostly dry with sunny spells, though breezy in the far south where there could be still a feed of some drizzle. Cloud and some showery rain in the far north of Scotland also. Highs at 6 to 9C.
Wednesday 24/11/21 High pressure west of Ireland on Wednesday with low pressure to the east. A front with rain on it moves southwards down Northern Ireland and Scotland pulling the wind direction back round to a northerly in the north making it feel chilly here again. Drier and less cool further south with some sunny spells. Highs at 5 to 9C.
Thursday 25/11/21 After a frosty start in the north it will be another cool day though will feel rather chilly in that wind chill as winds pick up more on Thursday. Some patchy rain across England and Wales to start but will soon clear. Sunshine and mainly dry conditions elsewhere but also some coastal showers, these perhaps wintry. Highs at 3 to 8C.
Friday 26/11/21 Staying cold on Friday as the wind chill again will make it feel colder still for many. A frosty start though many places staying dry but showers expected in the west with perhaps longer spells of rain across northern Scotland. Highs at 3 to 8C.
Saturday 27/11/21 Another chilly day on Saturday, again feeling rather bitter for those exposed in that wind. Wintry showers in the north of Scotland as well as down coasts but many central areas staying dry with sunny spells. Highs at 3 to 8C.
