Rain, showers in north west at times

This week sees temperatures again increasing as it turns very warm to hot in the south. There will be some rain in the north, but high pressure is expected to give lots of fine weather to much of the United Kingdom.

Very warm with above normal temperatures. Expect a good deal of cloud today with some patchy rain and showers in the west. Sunnier across eastern parts of England. Expect high temperatures of 20 to 26C.

Wednesday 07/09/16
It continues very warm and summery across England and Wales. Sunniest across central and eastern England while showers affect Scotland. Generally more cloud in the north and west. Highs of 18 to 26C.

Outbreaks of rain to affect Scotland and Northern Ireland. Dry and very warm for England and Wales with sunny skies after some early morning mistiness disperses. Highs of 19 to 26C.

It stays quite warm with a number of showers to come for western Scotland and Northern Ireland. Dry across the rest of Britain with lots of sunshine. Some morning fog patches to affect the south. Highs of 17 to 24C.

An area of rain may move into western and northern parts of Britain while central and eastern parts of England stay dry with hazy sunshine. Remaining unseasonably warm Highs of 18 to 25C.

Sunday 11/09/16
A very warm day to come. Most parts should be fine and dry with good amounts of sunshine but there is the threat of some heavy showers reaching the south west. Expect highs of 19 to 25C.
