We expect rather mixed weather for this upcoming week. Most of the rain is expected to affect the north and the west with small rainfall amounts in the south. Temperatures will increase as it becomes warmer through the week.

Apart from a few widely scattered showers in the west, expect a dry day with sunny spells and occasional cloud. Rain affects Northern Ireland and western Scotland overnight. Expect high temperatures of 15 to 20C.

An area of rain and showers will affect Scotland, northern England, Wales and the south west, this turning lighter during the day. Fair and dry across the rest of Britain. Pleasantly warm in the south. Highs of 15 to 20C.

Warmer today. Rain reaches Northern Ireland in the afternoon. A few showers to come around western coasts and over the northern Hills - dry in the south and east with good spells of sunshine. A wet night for most. Highs of 14 to 21C.

A front may bring rain and stronger winds into Northern Ireland and Scotland. Fine elsewhere with sunny spells. Rain affects northern England and Wales tonight. It continues warmer than normal. Highs of 14 to 23C.

Windy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading in across much of the United Kingdom. This will be heaviest in the north and west. Gales may affect the north west. Expect highs of 15 to 23C.
