Above normal temperatures in south

We expect rather mixed weather for this upcoming week. Most of the rain is expected to affect the north and the west with small rainfall amounts in the south where pressure will be higher. Temperatures will be closer to normal in the north and a bit above normal in the south.

An area of rain will affect northern Scotland and Northern Ireland with scattered showers across western England and Wales. Fair and dry across the rest of Britain. Pleasantly warm in the south. Expect high temperatures of 15 to 21C.

Occasional showers to come to affect western areas and the northern hills - dry, warm in the south and east with good spells of sunshine. A dry night with clear spells. Highs of 15 to 21C.

Outbreaks of rain may affect Northern Ireland and north west Scotland during the day. Morning, dense fog patches across England and Wales clears to good spells of sunshine. Temperatures near normal. Highs of 14 to 18C.

Northern Ireland, Scotland and north west England may be rather wet. Sunnier in the south and east of England. Rain affects the Midlands, south west England and Wales tonight. Highs of 14 to 19C.

Residual rain across the south east and East Anglia soon clears. Scattered showers to affect western Britain - dry and sunnier across central and eastern parts of Britain. Highs of 14 to 19C.

Windy with heavy showery rain across Scotland. A band of rain clears England in the morning otherwise a dry day with sunny spells. Expect highs of 15 to 21C.
