Windy in north

Issued: 0900 Monday 11th December 2023
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

A drier week, windy in the north with some rain in northwest Scotland, mild overall

Conditions are expected to be turning drier during this week as higher pressure builds south of the country. There will still be some rainfall in northwest Scotland with strong winds here. The airmass is moist and so there may well be a fair amount of cloud, especially in the west with brighter weather in the east. Feeling mild overall.
