Cloudy Antrim to Western Isles and Highland with outbreaks of rain to start then sunshine and blustery showers remaining cool 10C. Mainly dry with sunshine and scattered showers for England and Wales, showers generally coastal Dyfed to Lancashire later into Shropshire, 12C generally though 14C towards Bedfordshire through the afternoon. Dry with clear skies overnight patchy ground frost Powys to Shropshire, Yorkshire to Nottinghamshire 2 to 4C. Showers continuing across Scotland

A dry and generally sunny start for England and Wales with further sunshine into the morning. Cloudy for Wales, N.Ireland and Scotland with rain becoming prolonged and heavy into Devon and Cormwall, all of Wales, N.Ireland and western Scotland into the evening and overnight with gales following to give a stormy night.
