Monday 06/07/15
High pressure to the south-east and low pressure to the north-west, with fronts spreading into western areas. Rain developing, becoming persistent for Ireland, and later Scotland, turning heavy over the hills. Mainly dry with for England and Wales, but rain may encroach into north-western regions later. Sunny spells in the east before cloud thickens from the west. A freshening south to south-westerly breeze. Warm in the south-east at 26C, around 23C for central areas, but nearer 17C in the north and west.

Tuesday 07/07/15
An unsettled day as low pressure will be positioned over the north of Britain. Fronts passing east bring periods of rain, occasionally heavy. A scattering of heavy, locally thundery showers will spread from the west. Blustery west or south-westerly winds. Feeling cooler than recently, highs just 16 to 20C for many, but may reach 23 or 24C in the far south-east.

Wednesday 08/07/15
A cool and breezy day for many, the wind from the west or north-west. Sunny spells and a scattering of showers across the country. These showers may form into bands, giving frequent rain for some, whilst elsewhere could avoid them most of the day. Considerably cooler than recent times, highs 14 to 18C in the north and west, and 19 to 22C in the south and east.

Thursday 09/07/15
Low pressure to the north-east and high pressure to the west. A cool north-westerly breeze, and a probably a windy day for eastern regions. Showers for northern and eastern parts, whilst central, southern and western areas should be largely dry with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures 14 to 20C.

Friday 10/07/15
Some uncertainty about the pattern developing by later in the week. High pressure may build bringing a dry and sunny day to many areas. Lighter winds and a little warmer, highs 15 to 22C.

Saturday 11/07/15
Looking dry for many, although patchy rain may affect Ireland and western Scotland as fronts move north. Sunny spells, becoming warmer. Highs 17 to 23C.
