A few showers across southern England during the morning will soon clear away. Elsewhere, it will be a dry day with some bright spells. Later in the afternoon, a low pressure system will bring rain into Scotland along with strengthening northerly winds. Highs of 15C in the far south, but closer to 12C elsewhere.

Monday 11/05/2026
A generally cloudy day with a band of light rain spreading southwards. Strong northerly winds following behind will bring a noticeably colder feel. The best of the brighter weather, with some sunny spells, will be across southern Ireland, Wales and southern England. Highs of 15C in the south and 12C in the north.


 

Tuesday 12/05/2026
A northwesterly airflow will bring showers to northwestern areas, with a few spreading southeastwards through the day. Some showers in the northwest could turn heavy and wintry over the Highland peaks. Highs of 18C in the southeast, but only 9C in the northwest.


 

Wednesday 13/05/2026
A rather cloudy and breezy day with frequent showers. A longer spell of rain will move in from the northwest through the afternoon. Highs reaching 17C in the southeast, but only 10C in the northwest.



 
 
 

Thursday 14/05/2026
�A cloudy and wet start for many, with the rain gradually clearing during the afternoon, replaced by blustery showers. Some showers may turn wintry over higher ground in the north. Highs widely around 9 to 10C, though reaching 14C in the far south.


 

Friday 15/05/2026
A showery day, especially across England and Scotland, where some showers could turn heavy and wintry over higher ground. Ireland and Wales will see fewer showers, along with brighter spells and lighter winds. Highs generally between 10C and 12C.
