A mixed week with rain or showers at times, dry and very warm at the weekend
A mixed week ahead with some rain and showers for most, although feeling warm. Low pressure bringing some rain through northern areas over the next couple of days, before things turn more showery on Thursday and Friday. Becoming very warm by the end of the week and into the weekend with dry conditions.

A slack pressure flow brings sunny spells on Thursday morning, although showers will be developing quickly. The showers may be heavy into Thursday afternoon and they could be sundry to. Fronts may bring more cloud and outbreaks of showery rain into Ireland as well as western Scotland, although this fading and becoming brighter. It is going to be very warm day with temperatures up to 26C in southern parts of England, 22C in Ireland and 21C in southern Scotland.
A range of high pressure builds on Friday bringing warm and sunny start to the day for many. They will be showers developing in the afternoon and some of these could be heavy and thundery. The highest risk of showers is through eastern England. Tending to be drier to the south. Temperatures rising to between 22 and 27C.
Another fine start to the day with a slack pressure flow affecting the whole country. They will be some good spells of sunshine in the morning and these last into the afternoon. Scattered showers are going to be developing again these mainly over high ground. For many areas it will stay dry. High temperatures at 22 to 28C.
High pressure is likely to dominate on Sunday. This brings lots of dry weather with good spells of sunshine. Isolated showers may develop over the hills of southern Scotland, Wales and Ireland. A risk of some low cloud on eastern coast of Scotland and the east of England. Temperatures rising to between 23 and 28C.
The area of high pressure should bring another fair day tomost on Monday. They will be sunny spells and it should be dry. Increasing cloud in Ireland ahead of fronts heading in off the Atlantic will bring cloud and outbreaks of rain here. Temperatures at 20 to 27C.
A more mixed day on Tuesday with cloud and rain in Scotland and parts of Ireland. So the cloud for England and Wales with patchy rain in the West, although drive to the east. Highs at 18 to 24C.
