Staying dry and pleasant in the southeast, with plenty of sunny spells in the east. Becoming brighter after the rain in Ireland and western Scotland. Warm, with temperature highs of 28C in the southeast, and 15C in the northwest.

Temperature lows of 13C in the southeast and 9C in the northwest.
Tuesday A cold front over eastern England at first on Tuesday bringing some showery bursts of rain here, before slowly clearing east in the afternoon. Brighter skies follow to the west with sunny spells, although one or two showers over western Wales and western England. Heavier showers in western Scotland and the coasts of northern and western Ireland, few showers in the south and east of Ireland with sunny spells here. Highs at 26C in eastern England, 18C in the west.
Wednesday Low pressure northwest of Scotland on Wednesday. Heavy showers for much of Scotland, especially the west, some of them could be thundery. Further showers for northwest England, a few too in western Wales and western Ireland. Mostly dry and bright in other areas with sunny spells. Highs at a fresher 23C in the east of England, 20C in Ireland, 15C in northwest Scotland.
