Some showers on Friday.
Drier weekend.

Friday
A showery day for most areas with some showers more frequent and heavy over the western and northern areas. Further south and east showers will be less in number with the best of the sunshine over the east coast. Turning cloudier over southern England in the evening. Maximum temperatures at 18C in north and east, but up to 22C elsewhere.
 


Friday Night
Most showers will die away through the evening with mostly dry conditions following. Expect a band of rain to reach western Ireland by early evening and gradually spread east. Minimum temperatures at 14-15C, but 18C in southeast.

 
 
 


Saturday
A bright morning for all areas with scattered showers, more frequent over Ireland. Showers possibly turning heavy in the afternoon mostly over Scotland and northeast England. Drier in the evening from the west. Tops of 18-20C in north, but 20-22C in south and locally up to 22C in southeast England.
 


Sunday
A ridge of high pressure will give a mostly dry and bright day over England and Wales with the best of the sunshine over southeast. Cloudier lover Ireland and western Scotland with freshening winds and some patchy light rain. Temperatures will rise up to 18-20C over most parts, but up to 22-24C over England.
