Locally more persistent drizzly rain in northwest Scotland as fronts pass near to the north. Eastern areas keep clearer skies. Light winds in the south may allow some mist patches to form. High cloud building in the west, chance of a local burst of rain for western Scotland later. Light to moderate southerly winds, local coastal sea breezes. Highs 20 to 26C, warmest east and south.
