Heavy rain in western Scotland with drizzle over other western coasts and hills. Tending to be drier in the east of Scotland at first, but some rain herein the afternoon. An increasing risk of drizzle over the hills of northern England an Wales too. Highs at 8C in southern England, 12C in southern and western Scotland.
