Drier Monday

Saturday
Saturday morning will start cloudy with outbreaks of rain. Rain will quickly clear to the east, followed by frequent showers, particularly in northwest Scotland and northwest Ireland. These showers will be blustery and wintry over high ground. Maximum temperatures will reach 8°C in the north and 12°C in the south.
 


Saturday Night
A showery evening and night with showers being more frequent over Ireland, Western Scotland, Northwest England, and Wales, and turning wintry even down to low levels. Further east it will be drier with only isolated showers. Minimum temperatures at 2C in north and 6C in south.
 


Sunday
Sunday will be a blustery day with gales and plenty of showers, turning wintry even down to lower levels. The south and east of England should stay mostly dry with some sunny spells. A band of rain arrives over northern Scotland later in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will be 5°C in the north and 7°C in the south.
 


Monday
Showers will persist along the east coast during the morning, but most areas will be dry with bright spells. However, western parts of Ireland and Scotland will see cloudier conditions with light rain or drizzle, becoming heavier over the Hebrides and Northwest Highlands later in the day. Breezy conditions are expected. Maximum temperatures will be 6°C in the north and 8°C in the south.
