A number of heavy showers persist across western Wales and south west England for the evening and night while rain lingers across eastern Scotland. Expect minimums of 3 to 7 Celsius.
Monday Strong easterly winds develop across Scotland today with gusty south westerlies across south west England. A drier day for many but with sunnier spells for southern parts of England and Wales. Outbreaks of rain are expected across northern Scotland with it turning to snow over the hills as it turns colder through the day. Showers to affect Northern Ireland, western Wales and south west England, perhaps reaching the southern coasts of England. A cloudy night with a risk of rain for many while snow is possible to lower levels of northern Scotland. A windy night across northern parts of Britain. Expect top temperatures of 6 to 10 Celsius.
