Friday
A fair morning for most areas with good spells of sunshine. Quite a chilly start to the day in central and northern areas. Cloud affecting southern coasts of England, perhaps a spot of rain here too. More cloud in Scotland, especially to northwest where it will be windy with a patchy rain. Ireland will be fair. Little changes this afternoon for most. The majority of areas staying dry with good spells of sunshine. More cloud in the far southeast, again with a spot of rain. More persistent rain arriving in northwest Scotland with winds increasing to gale force here. Highs at 24C in southeast England, 14C in northwest Scotland.


Friday Night
A dry night to come with clear skies and light winds. This will allow temperatures to fall quickly. Breezier in northern Scotland, some showers in the northwest. A few showers too in western Ireland. Lows near 5 to 10C.

 
 
 


Saturday
A ridge of high pressure brings a fair start to Saturday morning. Some good spells of sunshine, the best in central and eastern areas. Coud is going to be increasing in the west with a few showers in western Ireland and western Scotland. This afternoon stays mostly dry but becomes rather cloud. Some sunny spells will break through it Ireland, and there may be a few in eastern England. Highs at 24C in the sunshine in the east, 20C in Ireland and eastern Scotland, 17C in northwest England and Northern Ireland, 15C in western Scotland.


Sunday
The weak ridge of high pressure persists on Sunday. There will be dry weather, but also a fair amount of cloud. This breaks with sunny spells developing across England, Wales and Ireland. In Scotland there could be some patchy rain for northern areas, but overall it is dry, although always cloud in the southern half of Scotland. Highs near 25C in southern England, 15C in northern Scotland.
