Further rain across central, northern and western Scotland with a risk of flooding in the west. A mild day with highs at 9 to 11C.

Cloud thickens everywhere overnight. Drizzly showers continuing in western Scotland, with isolated patches in northwest England and Wales. Drizzle becoming more steady in Ireland into the early morning hours. Lows around 7 to 8C.

Cloudy to start Tuesday for all areas. Rain and drizzle in the north and west with the most persistent rain in Ireland. This afternoon sees more rain and drizzle in western areas of England, Wales and Scotland with fog shrouding hills. Tending to be drier in eastern Scotland and east England, an odd spot of drizzle in the wind. Highs at 9 to 11C.

Low pressure affecting the country on Wednesday. Strong winds ubiquitous and periods of rain which are going to become more persistent and heavier during the day from the west. Heaviest rains across England and Wales, lighter in Scotland focused in the west. A risk of gales and highs at 10 to 14C.
