Staying mostly dry, with broken cloud and some sunny spells, and the best of the sunshine in the west. A touch of morning frost which will clear as the day progresses. A few showers along coastal regions in southern England, East Anglia, and far southeast, which will turn increasingly wintry in the afternoon, and spread more broadly across southeast England, then southern England and the Midlands into the evening. Some patches of cloud in eastern Scotland, with the risk of some showers. Temperatures of 3C in the north, and 4C in the south.
Monday Night The wind will pick up far south overnight, making it feel much colder in the breeze. Snow flurries across the Midlands, Wales, and across southern England too, these fading. A dusting of snow over the tops of the South Downs. Staying dry elsewhere, with lows of -4C in the north, and -2C in the south. Slightly higher temperatures in the east, at 1C.
Tuesday A windy day on Tuesday, making it feel particularly cold. Wintry showers across southwest England and parts of Ireland. Most of the cloud will be in the east, with the best of sunshine in the east and in western Scotland. A mix of broken cloud and sunny spells elsewhere. The afternoon remains breezy and chilly across England, Wales, and Ireland. Temperature highs of 2C in the north, and 4C in the south, feeling chilly in the wind.
Tuesday High pressure over northern Scotland, bringing more cloud. Showery bursts across eastern Scotland, spreading to northeast England. Best of the sunshine further west across western Scotland, southern Ireland, and parts of northwest and southern England. Not as cold as previous days this week, but there is still a brisk northeasterly breeze. Temperatures of 4C in the north, west, and south, and slightly higher at 7C in the east.
