Cloud and some outbreaks of rain affecting southern coasts of England during today. It will become breezy across southern and south eastern parts of England as well. Little change through this afternoon with further rain on those southern coasts and perhaps into East Anglia as well. The day will be considerably drier across northern England, the Midlands, Scotland and Ireland. The best of the sunshine probably in eastern Scotland and the east of Ireland although some showers around the coast as well. Temperaures at 6 to 8C.
Breezy and damp across the far south east of England first tonight. The rain will be clearing eastwards and the winds will ease. Broken cloud for other areas and there will be one or two showers at first. Most of these will fade to leave a dry nice with clear spells. However a scattering of showers may continue across western Scotland, western Ireland and the western coast of Wales throughout the night. Lows at 1 to 4C.
A cooler Northwest flow affects all parts of the country on Friday. There will be a mix of sunny spells and a scattering of showers. Most of the shower is affecting more coastal areas of the west, with a few in eastern parts too. Ireland may also have a scattering of showers, but some sunshine as well. Highs near 6 to 9C.
A cool start to Saturday morning as a range of high pressure affects the UK. Increasing wind and cloud will be pushing rain into Ireland quickly in the morning. The UK should stay dry with sunny spells although cloud will be increasing from the west into the afternoon and the winds will be picking up as well. Rain into Western Scotland by mid afternoon may become heavier. Western coast of Wales and England will see increasing amounts of low cloud and drizzle by the end of the day. Stay dry more inland areas. A milder day, after a cool start, with temperatures at 7 to 10C by the evening.
