A few sunny spells across central and eastern England. Staying dry in Ireland, with one or two showers in western Scotland. A muggy feel in the south, with temperature highs of 23C. Feeling fresher in the north, with highs of 22C.

Dry for much of the British Isles on Monday, with some residual patchy rain in southeast England. Feeling much breezier in the westerly flow, and some sunny spells across Ireland and in western regions. Cloudier in the east. Heavy showers across Scotland in the evening, also affecting parts of Northern Ireland. Dry elsewhere with the risk of one or two isolated showers in the southeast. Highs of 19C in the south and 16C in the north.

Low pressure to the northeast of Scotland on Tuesday, bringing unsettled conditions to the north of the British Isles. Rain, with heavy bursts mixed in across northern and western coasts of Scotland, spreading inland in some northern regions. Sunny spells in between bursts. Rain too in Northern Ireland and in the southern half of the Republic of Ireland. Persistent heavy rain across southern England and in Wales. Breezy for all, particularly in the north. Highs of 19C in the south, and 13C in the north.
