Morning Call - September 07, 2023
Very warm/hot
Risk of a shower

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 7th September 2023
Duty forecaster: Alexi Venerus

Hot again, mostly dry with sunny spells

Another mainly dry day. though there is a shower risk in Wales first thing. More cloud about today compared with yesterday for some although this is broken and allows for bright or sunny spells. Lingering low cloud and mist along eastern coastal counties of the UK.

Best sunshine in central, eastern and southern areas of England and another hot day is likely here too. Tops of 32C in central and eastern England, 27C in Ireland and Scotland. Shower risk in central and eastern Ireland by evening.

A largely dry night though perhaps mist and fog patches develop more widely. Lows at 13 to 18C.
