Morning Call - October 31, 2016
Sunshine developing, mild
Dense fog slow to clear

Issued: 0530hrs Monday 31 October 2016
Duty forecaster: John Ejdowski

A mild day again today and again we will have some dense fog this morning. This most likely to affect The Midlands, East Anglia and north east England. After this clears, which may take a while, it will become sunnier. Some rain to come across northern Scotland today. The rest of the country will be fine with sunny spells. Expect maximums temperatures 12 to 18 Celsius.

During the evening the rain in the far north turns lighter as it tracks across Northern Ireland and southern Scotland then into the north of England in the night. To the south the winds will be lighter with a risk of some fog patches in the far south. Another mild night to come. Expect minimum temperatures of 9 to 12 Celsius.

If you are heading abroad, the best of the weather will be across Spain where it will be dry, sunny and very warm.
