Morning Call - January 23, 2016
Sunny spells
Cloudier north & west

Issued: 0530hrs Saturday 23rd January 2016
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Some rain this evening

Good morning,

A bright day ahead for much of England and Wales. Early fog patches will clear, allowing sunshine to break through for many. Cloudier skies in western regions, also Scotland.

Rain affects the west of Scotland, and drizzly rain will later arrive in south-western England & Wales as a warm front brings increasingly murky skies.

Rain spreads across Wales into northern England early this evening, and it will turn wet for a time across central & eastern parts later in the evening. Widespread hill fog developing.

It will be mild compared to recently, highs 8 to 11C, warmest in the south-west. Very mild air advances north tonight, and Sunday will see temperatures up to 13 or 14C.

Have a great day.
Garry
