A band of rain spreads east.

Scotland will see a rather cloudy day with scattered of showers, these mostly over the north. Over Ireland, England and Wales it will be a dry and bright day with long sunny periods, and a few afternoon showers in west in the afternoon. Tops of 16C in north and 23C in south.

A few showers along the southern coast of England in the evening and overnight, otherwise dry with clear spells. Breezy in south, but light winds elsewhere. Minimum temperatures at 9C in north but 14C in south.
