Settled but extensive cloud cover and some drizzle
Again, rather extensive cloud cover to start the day but western regions seeing some sunny spells gradually develop. Eastern regions of England and Scotland are likely to see the more continual NE'ly pull of cloud and drizzle, particularly through the morning.
Overnight, low cloud becoming extensive again, particularly across eastern and southeastern regions of England where it could be thick enough to bring light rain and drizzle to some parts. Some clearer skies towards the far west and northwest of Scotland.
Highs at 17 to 23C, warmest across western areas. Overnight lows in places could drop to 7 to 8C but for most between 9 to 13C.
