Dry for most, longer sunny spells, cloudy in northwest with rain in western Scotland
High pressure continuing, widely dry in England and Wales. Some showers in the afternoon possible in Cornwall. Clear skies in the southeast. Sunny spells from Midlands to southern Scotland, most common in the morning. often bright also in Wales.
More clouds in Scotland, especially on the western coast and in the far north. Increasingly dense clouds toward the afternoon, resulting in several periods of rain on the western coastal areas and some showers in central Scotland.
In Ireland sunny spells, sunniest toward the south. In the north clouds building up throughout the day, risk of light shower in the evening.
Mild temperatures, slightly warmer than yesterday in Ireland and Scotland.
