Duty forecaster: John Ejdowski
With high pressure in charge today, we won't see much of a change in the weather from yesterday. Western parts of Britain will have most of the cloud along with some patchy bits of rain ad drizzle with mist over the hills. Central and eastern parts of England ad Scotland should have some sunshine in the afternoon after a rather cloudy morning. The far south should stay cloudy all day. High temperatures will range from 7 to 10 Celsius north to south.
The pattern stays about the same into this evening and night. Cloudy across the west with light drizzly rain at times while in the east it's dry with clear spells. This will allow temperatures to fall low enough for a frost in rural areas. Expect minimum temperatures of 2 to 5 Celsius.
If you are heading abroad it's rather cold across Europe with temperatures in single figures. Snow is expected in the east where temperatures will stay below freezing.
