Rain for northwest Scotland
High pressure resides over central Europe, maintaining a very mild south to southwesterly airflow across the British Isles.
Strongest winds in the north, gales over the hills. Dry for most places. A front north of Scotland brings rain to the north and western Isles.
Some low cloud and hill fog in the west, but brighter with sunny spells in the east.
Today's top temperatures reaching 9 to 13C, warmest to the lee of high ground in the northeast.
Have a great day.
