Morning Call - January 23, 2020
Mainly dry, broken cloud
Rain to northwest

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 23rd January 2020
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Mist and murk slowly clearing, then mostly dry with some sunny spells

Good morning,

A misty and murky start to the day mainly across central areas. This slowly breaking with some brighter spells breaking through. Some areas will have better spells of sunshine, staying dry through the day.

A weak front brings some rain in northwest Scotland, this is likely to be very patchy. Breezy in northern Scotland too. Overnight a weak front continues to move south through Scotland bringing some patchy rain with it. Further mist and fog patches in England and Wales, some of these becoming dense by the morning.
