Morning Call - June 10, 2021
Largely dry
Rain in far west later

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 10th June 2021
Duty forecaster: Alexi Venerus

Largely dry with sunny spells about, but possible showers. Rain pushing in to far western areas later

In the morning, starting off rather cloudy but sunny spells should come out for many as the morning progresses. Where the cloud is thicker in the west do expect some possible patchy light rain and drizzle.

The afternoon see a good deal of sunny spells about and mostly dry conditions, however, there is the risk of some showers developing across central areas of England and Wales. Cloud thickening across west Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland with rain eventally pushing onto coasts here later in the day.

Cloud is expected to thicken across much of the country overnight. Outbreaks of rain still affecting western areas of Scotland into northern regions as well as western Ireland for a time. Northern Ireland as well as western areas of England and Wales could also see some patchy yet light rain and drizzle. Mostly dry elsewhere.
